The information contained within this web site should be used for historical and educational purposes only. Ethical Health or its employees cannot by law make claims of a medical nature about any item on this web site however, they are permitted to say that, traditionally products ‘abcd’ have been used to assist the symptoms and conditions of ‘wxyz’. Products purchased from Ethical Health are not intended to prevent, cure, or heal, any medical disease, sickness or condition. They are not to be used in self or third party diagnosis.
If a medical condition is suspected a medical practitioner must be consulted, no supplements are to be taken without his/her approval. This strict rule applies to all pregnant women and anyone already on medication prescribed by a medical practitioner or purchased over the counter.
Terms and Conditions
Availability:
If a product is out-of-stock we will try to contact you immediately by email or telephone if you have provided the details, to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. All Special Offers are subject to availability.
Guarantee:
All products are sold with a money back guarantee and are subject to manufacturers warranty.
Postage, shipping and returns:
It is the customers responsibility to select the correct shipping zone and apply the correct postage charge to their order If the postage price on an order is incorrect we will contact the customer and make the necessary corrections.
Customers who wish to return all of their order or part of a multiple order must notify Ethical Health within 7 days of receipt Unopened products returned will be refunded in full.
Should products when opened by the customer be found to be damaged or imperfect, customers must notify Ethical Health within 3 working days. Products returned will be refunded in full.
All electrical products are covered by a manufactures warranty. Please see relevant product page. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact us by telephone or email and we will advise you who to contact for repair or replacement parts. It is a “return to base” warranty, therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product/s. This is of particular importance for customers when returning products from outside the United Kingdom.
All products delivered to customers using UK and International carriers to include Royal Mail postal services must when required be signed for. It is not the responsibility of the carrier or Royal Mail to obtain a signature of the person who the item is addressed to. It is only a requirement to take a signature at the delivery address and it may not be that of the addressee.
Any external damage to packaging must be notified and registered with the carrier or Royal Mail at time of signature and notified to Ethical Health within 3 working days of receipt. All products are dispatched by Ethical Health or their agents in mint condition.
Ethical Health cannot be held responsible for compensation or replacement of damaged products, or to compensate or replace products on behalf of the carrier or
Royal Mail postal services. Terms and conditions will apply.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer returning for exchange, credit, or refund, to return all goods as ordered
Secure payment facility:
For your privacy and protection we only accept online payments using the Paypal secure payment facility. You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility and you can pay by debit or credit card. Your payment is handled solely by Paypal who offer a customer protection scheme and we do not see or hold any of your card details.
